Thanks for trying: As with all the others, I get the error code 214000 and/or this: Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available. Click here to visit our frequently asked questions about HTML5 video. Clicking on the 'click here' no help either. I'll wait. Gonna take a nap now. LOL

Do you have Firefox? If you do it's necessary to install Adobe Flash Video. You do that by going to www.adobe.com and following instruction for installation. Then, because you have Windows, reboot your computer. BTW, "Windows XP" and "Windows 7" are different. You either have one or the other. I'm happy to help, just text back after you install Adobe.

I don't use firefox nor chrome on this older computer. messes them up. BUT, I got a notice of update adobe earlier, but was so busy in research I told it to remind me later. I'll check that out and see if updating that helps. Thanks! p.s. I have windows 7 (window 8 and above didn't convert older documents, so last upgrade was to 7 which still did the conversion. Once I complete all those I can upgrade again ... taken me a few years... I've a lot of documents and each has to be done individually...ugh)

Updating flash player was my first thought, If you do a windows update you will get flash player update easily. always pays to do updates! also.. If on a desktop.. If you haven't done a restart in a while.. Then just a restart could get you going, (Ram thing)
