There is a chapter in Artie Lang's book "Top Fat to Fish" that discussea this. The chapter in question is called "Do heroin, its better for your liver"
Acetaminophen is the main culprit, but i think there's another chemical involved as well. Technically, heroin is just a trade name for morphine diacetate, like tylenol or aspriin is just a trade name.

Get kratom. It helps a lot against pain, is easy to prepare, and also helps weening off of other addictives.

While I'm happy for kratom, I wish nobody pain or addictions that makes them need it.
