The US was never a constitutional democracy, retard. It was a constitutional republic. A democracy is "rule of the people" where the people can decide on any whim if someone is guilty or a law stands. A republic is "the rule of law" where the law decides and people have to petition the government to change the law if it doesn't work.

You are correct to point this out. I deliberately used the word "democracy" because that's what the left uses and I wanted to underscore the fact that it is undemocratic to say "good for me but not for thee". There was probably a better way to say it.
