It is a disgrace what wikipedia does to people post mortem.

Though it should be noted it calls him such before he actually joined the Nazis. Still, it is rather unimportant as he remained of the same mindset after joining the Nazis in siding with the Strassers who of course emphasized the more left-wing facets of Nazism more.
But an interesting cite by a normie source like Wiki corroborating the leftist elements of Nazism.
Goebbels, another Strasserite, said the Nazis were the 'German left' as well.

There seems to have been a lot of Reds among the Nazis ranks, such as Roland Freisler and Joseph Goebbels. This man was a Count, so I was thinking being a part of the upper nobility might have made him more inclined towards leftist thought to counter the Nazis.
I suppose his having some sort of sensitivities and likings of the left made him a leftist. I suppose his being rather sympathetic towards the left, as the Nazis were on the rise to power, made him, relatively speaking, a leftist.
I have always been fascinated by the fact that the Nazis have quite a few people, like this guy, who has a Western look about them.
It kind of tells me why Nazism has infiltrated into the West and it also speaks to the fact that Nazism was used as a means to curb back the Asiatic menace in Germany and it got carried away with acting just like them in the process and started driving the notion of Lebensraum about to drive the Asiatic menace out of Eastern Europe altogether.

Rich or affluent people, noble or otherwise, associating with the left is of course nothing particularly unusual. I believe Bakunin was a nobleman. In the 60s we had wealthy people indulging in 'radical chic' in identifying with groups like the Black Panthers. In many cases it appears to be compensation borne of guilt over being from a background of privilege.

That is what I think. It sort of sums it up. I think its good to experiment every once in a while but the left is so debauched it is uncanny to say the least.
There is no reason to play around with fire in any case and when one does one ends up lighting oneself on fire and not knowing when to put it out. I think if one does it properly one lights oneself up to get ready to fire on the enemy. The Nazis were filled with all kinds of red types and socialists, but people tend to forget that the Strasserites, the real leftists, ended up getting kicked out by the Nazis.
Its sort of funny how popular they are in North America these days among the far-right, when I think the Nazis had a point or two(besides killing the Slavs(fellow Europeans) that we need to take from their books(and that expressly concerns dealing with leftists and the colored tribe).
