That sure sounds like money well spent. Maybe we should increase it by divertaing all Federal money sent to California and other sanctuary cities and states to Central America.

Meanwhile, the US government, via the office of refugee resettlement (ORR) and with the help of a select group of organizations that include HIAS and the International Rescue Committee, is helping migrants to settle in the US, providing them with financial assistance, grants etc. I haven't found the cost of that yet, but I'd guess it's a lot higher than $27m.
