If she eats that whole batch, it's 1280 calories. 40 grams of fat, 16 grams of saturated fat, 80 grams of sugar.

People seem to think the world will end if they skip a meal. I have been trying to only having dinner this past week, I work out before dinner and I see no loss in performance from not eating all day. These fatties could benefit from not eating all God dsmned day
