As a moderate I have one HUGE issue with this program. Imagine the dumbest person you work with right now. Now imagine that there are people who are less employable than them. Those are the people that programs like these shoehorn into the workforce. The only jobs these people are going to qualify for are customer service and call center jockies. So you're forcing me as a functional person to interact with knuckleheads who should probably be declared legally retarded and be put on disability. You're all going to say things like "If they're that useless they shouldn't have been born" or some non-sequitur like that, but it wasn't their choice to be born and killing yourself is a sin so get that out of your head too. These people are the incels of the employment world (jobcels?) and forcing them to starve to death just means that they'll break into my house and steal my shit when I'm not home.
The problem isn't paying these people to stay in their homes and rot away from society, the dozens of dollars it takes from my check every week is well worth me never having to interact with these genetic dead ends. The problem is that they breed like rabbits because its fun and they have nothing else to do. Let's try to address that issue instead.
EDIT: There is also the argument about wage suppression, but that only impacts low skill jobs anyway so that's all I'll say about it.

Actually, I say that they should die, but whatever.

That's cool, but if our tax system was setup in such a way that you could dictate into which programs your money goes into I'd be happy to agree with you while my money went into a wall. That's sadly not how it works, and I have major objections to letting people I don't know or like ride on my coat tails.
The point is to have them contribute something productive. Picking up litter along the roads, cleaning the streets of San Francisco, and removing graffiti are just a few examples.
