This is an older story, but it goes to show why you don't hang out with fats -- they have no planning skills and they're bad decision makers. This ham had three kids by the time it was 21 years old -- I bet it thought it was so brave, justifying home invasions as a way to provide for its bastard offspring. "I'M JUST DOING WHAT I GOTSTA DO TO FEED MY BABIES" and all that typical ham bullshit.

It probably thought it was sooooo clever at the time, casing homes with her boys, they all have their own "connects" you know. And of course this ham was the one to make the plan but do none of the work, content with sitting in the getaway car.

One of the burglars killed was romantically involved with this ham. Yet another reason to stay away. Don't let them poison your mind.

And then there's this gem:

Court records do not list an attorney for Rodriguez, but she has acknowledged driving the three to the home and waiting in a vehicle outside, and said while she understands Peters was protecting his home, she believes he could have shot the three in the legs.

“I won’t take responsibility for the murders, I won’t. I feel guilty, but I don’t feel responsible,” Rodriguez said in an interview last week with ABC’s “World News Tonight with David Muir.”

Looks like the court case may be wrapping up soon: https://www1.odcr.com/detail?court=073-&casekey=073-CF++1700205

Feel sorry for the guy facing charges in self defense. I don't really approve of the concept of disproportionate force.

No need to feel sorry! DA took his side -- the gentleman faced no charges.

Of course, the family of one of the deceased would beg to differ: https://americangg.net/dead-criminals-family-complains/

So I guess next time someone invades your home, make sure you have a variety of weapons available so you can pick the one that most closely resembles what the intruders are visibly carrying, even if you're outnumbered three to one. 😂

Don't worry, I have a flail and a few flintlocks :)

I should probably get some actual firearms. Gotta find something that can't penetrate walls too much (SWAT weapons?)

At close range, a knife is as dangerous as a gun. One guy with a knife and two guys with brass knuckles is deadlier than a gun.

They had the disproportionate force and they still lost.

Home invaders are cowards any way you cut it. Bet you the moment these ham lovers came upon the slightest bit of resistance, let alone a guy with a long gun, any tough guy attitudes they had went right out the window. Odds are the knife and brass knuckles served merely as talismans for them to feel safe while they robbed on the ham's behalf -- hell, they might've even been given the weapons by the ham to encourage them.
