So this is the equivalent of Hillary Clinton in 1942 selling our encryption cyper machines to the Nazi's who can now decipher every message on every computer, except hopefully Mi and NSA computers, fingers crossed. So once again she is a traitor to our country. So why does china want all our private info?

I have read through most of this. Even if it is true that Clinton and/or the Deep State has control of certificate authorities on their own or through Joe Sullivan at Cloudflare (Robert Mueller’s friend), it is a pretty big exaggeration to say they control every computer.
SSL/TLS certificates protect the connection between you and the website you are visiting meaning that when you go to https://voat.co your connection is encrypted when transmitted to and from the voat server. This means that having control of those certificates means that in theory malicious actors could snoop on individual connections and/or impersonate other users. It does have huge security implications since it basically allows unchecked surveillance on anyone, but it does not mean that they control every computer and can change files or modify or delete them. Not even close.
If you have access to a site’s certificate you could snoop on connections to it (over a public network or an ISP network that you have access to) and could attempt a man in the middle attack where you could create a fake version of a real website, and no one visiting would know the difference. It does not give you access to the actual web servers or databases used to deliver the site. It does not mean you can control any computer in the world.
That said, some of the voter fraud allegations could certainly be true. That is not necessarily because of certificates, but because any site delivered by Cloudflare could in theory be manipulated by a bad actor working with the deep state from within Cloudflare.
Long story short, this stuff is very bad if it is true, but there are some misunderstandings about the technical implications.
