The DoD is the most audited agency of the Federal Government. The GAO audits them all the time. In 35 year have never seen a 'positive' audit because 99.9% of all the audits are 'gotcha' audit at the request of various senators and congressmen.
Just an observation from a GAO auditor I knew... one reason the DoD is audited so often is that it is the only federal agency that keeps auditable records.

Black Books, there are always two sets. Unforunately for you lads, you aren't part of the club.
Fortunately for all of us though, William Cooper "was". He accidentally found himself in charge of seriously sensitive intel reports. Intel reports that they likely wouldn't have given him, had they not thought he was a fellow Masonic brother.
He's definitely someone worthy of looking into, he has a nice 2 hour long interview with CNN(I know,I know) from '92 where he lays most of it out. He also has a book, "Behold, a pale horse." With audiobook format available on YouTube.
He also called out Alex "Bullshit artist" Jones out on his shit before 9/11. Definitely a man worthy of your time.

They never expected to pass because their budget is so large...
What a joke of an article, already attempting to build understanding towards the disastrous accounting records they keep.
(Lets just file this under miscellaneous expense, have redacted name sign off on the expense, and were done here folks.)
