If they are over 200 pounds and do even minor activity it will require rougly 3000 calories to sustain their weight. Assuming they consume 600 calories per day they will have a 16,800 calorie deficit per week which would result in losing 4.8 pounds per week. Within 10 weeks they would lose 48 pounds.

So the conclusion is obvious, this person has a super human ability to survive on low calories and needs to be studied for the advancement of science, because obviously they wouldn’t be lying to us on the Internet

I see several lard asses at the gym. They don't do shit but stand and watch the tv (doesn't even belong in the gym), play on their phones and once in a while, stretch. I'm sure they tell everyone how active they are. Just walking into a gym doesn't mean you exercise.

Too real. My old gym was constantly clogged with fats hogging the best equipment, but obviously doing nothing. She-hams were always hogging the squat racks, doing maybe two squats with 10 lbs and then spending the rest of their "gym time" taking selfies, most likely uploading them to instaham with hashtags like #muhCurves #GirlsWhoLift #datasstho

And they all think that counts as vicious exercise.

Under 600 calories per day actually means "per meal" (and at least 5 meals per day tee hee).

Workout 4x a week = walking to the mailbox or store.

Why am I still so fat when I literally do nothing about it?

Most fat people I know prefer to drink their calories because sucking a slurpy takes less energy than chewing solid food. That is probably the case with this one.

Yeah she ate (i guess its she idk why) ate 600 cal for a week and is still fat (surprise surprise). Eat 600 for 6 months and then we will see. I mean if the starting weight is 600lbs even 6 months is not enough. You didnt get fat in a week, why do you expect to lose it in a day?
