Racism requires hatred, which is pretty "wrong"

Stereotypes, on the other hand, are useful when making decisions. When I say that blacks are the most violent race, it is statistically true when you look at US violent crime stats. Doesn't mean I hate them though.

If you put it that way, though I generally very strongly dislike violent people.

Then you would happen to not like violent black people because of their racial disposition to crime, just like you wouldn't like a violent white guy. If you didn't like a normal black guy for no reason though, then you would be racist towards them.

Racism doesn't require hate, it's essentially a personal value scale based on particular genetic features. That scale may reach as low as genuine hate, but it's not a requirement.

Because even if there are measurable differences between races and genealogies, and there are, they don't legitimize discrimination on the individual level. As unsavory contemptuous as the idea may be, there is statistical evidence to support the idea that blacks are, on average, less intelligent than whites. Those statistics in no way shape or form support personal discrimination.

TL DR: Racism=/=discrimination, and isn't necessarily wrong, but Bigots are. Also, that this comment can be easily misconstrued and i ask you not to.

lets look at what racism means, "the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races." if you live in England they like to add religion onto that too and hope nobody will notice but. basically. yes we are all different. you only have to look at the Olympics to see which races are physically better are some sports than others. blacks, long distance runners, whites, power lifters etc... The problem comes when we try to pretend we are all equal. from a cognitive point of view given the same environment and education we generally are equal and there's not a great deal of evidence to say some races are inherently smarter than others. Its easy to think that just by comparing a Nigeria to England for example. but they didn't have the natural resources and the will to harness them and develop like we did.. most poor country's have not been through the separation of church and state like we have leaving them behind in education. so all these have a effect on their culture. its their culture and religion that makes us hate one another and make them stupid.

if we see a foreign family come into the town, push in ques, circumcise their daughters, get drunk, be rude. remember its not their fault its their culture and religion which makes you hate them not what color they are. and treating them as outsiders just makes the situation worse.

I think there are very few people nower days that hate people because of what color they are. they are scared of what they behave like.

Hating someone for being a different color is wrong. and that is racist. but don't call me that when i highlight how stupid your culture and beliefs are. thats my 2 pence anyway

Ok, so I have heard this argument before and can't quite agree. The cultural difference is not simply because of resources because then we'd have 3rd world countries with white people. It's because of the race and how genes manifest. But what if you have slightly different genes? Then you get a slightly different result. Or a majorly different one with noticeably different genes.

That they have a different environment is missing the point. Humans don't live in a natural environment, they create it. And when you ship some slaves from Africa to America, their gene expressions will result in the creation of a different environment than that of the caucasians, leaving you with two very different environments in a land with the same resources.
