Your what now? You only have as many rights as you're able and willing to defend.

That said, there seems to have been intent to use said bombs on a specified target, which is as different as planning a shooting versus teaching someone marksmanship.

Probably not under certain cirmcumstances. That's why they always show intent, discuss some real planned future attack or event in the sting, like a "target in mexico" with him actively participating in buying components.

So if I had a gun store and you told me you had a target in Mexico, I also wouldn't be able to sell to you under that circumstance, and if I did I would be charged with the same offense? It's weird that the article doesn't say which law he broke, just that it was "federal charges".

I mentioned this already.. the modern marvels episode about acid is absolutly insane it basicaly teaches you how to make bombs and dispose of dead bodies.. google it and watch it and you will see what i mean
