Hybrid Heaven for N64. I remember picking it up randomly at a pawn shop as a kid and being totally blown away by the mechanics of it.

The combat system in that game is unlike anything else I have played. I wish other games copied that combo attack mechanic.
Rift - They continually put out updates, new content, fix bugs, etc. The game itself is pretty sweet looking. They have more player customization than any game I've seen. And they're free to play. Granted if you're going to play for more than just trying it out you're going to want to drop about $5 in credit to open up a bunch of things. But seriously, how much have you plunked into that WoW account?
The biggest downfall of Rift is their smaller player base. Because of this the online tutorials and such tend to be a bit lacking. You can still get tutorials and video walk throughs of just about all the major content, but you might not be able to find that one little trick to beating some quests. That's about the only drawback.

Skies of Arcadia was one I really loved. If they re-released I would definitely buy it again. Hell if I stumbled on a original copy copy I would buy it again, pretty sure I still have a Dreamcast somewhere...

Killer7. It's one of my favourite games I've ever played, and genuinely feels like a piece of art as well as a game. Also it's nice playing a game that actually utilises sound as a game mechanic rather than just something you hear.
