No that's not what I've said and you know it. Quite conversely, you have failed to make a logically sound point while willfully ignoring mine.
Oh my goodness, it is bad because it is good for nobody. If your machine can't do 60 or whatever, then set your cap yourself. Say my machine can, why should I play the game at 30 fps? What advantage could there possibly be to that? There is none. That is not opinion, that is not subjective, it is math, numbers, fact.

That means it's not as good as it could be. I'm asking how it is, objectively, bad. Why is being locked at 30 frames per second a bad thing? As long its running at a stable, consistent speed, how is it bad to be locked at any framerate?

...You're kidding. This isn't hard to understand. I've said it three times now. Higher is better. If you can run it higher, the game should let you. It is stupid to choose not to take advantage of that. The end. I quit. You're hopeless.
