Omelette. Straight-forward 15-20 minutes.

  1. Just pour your battered eggs with salt and pepper, and maybe one other spice you like (curry, cumin...) on the pre-heated (and perhaps oiled) pan.

  2. Add on top cheese, mushrooms, ham, onions, carrots, tomatoes, whatever you like / have (vegetables should be in thin slices of course).

  3. Return the bad boy (proceed by cutting it in half / quarters) and let it 2 minutes.

  4. Serve alone or with toast, bacon, greens, beer... And enjoy.

Perfect for mixing raw leftovers.

Jambalaya can be made in ~30 min, maybe less if your meat doesn't need to be chopped and your water boils fast. I just get the tony chachers box (yea i know its cheaper and better to make from scratch) and 1 lb spicy sausage but any meat works as long as its a pound. usually leftovers for the next day too
