Fry some tofu/meat/source of protein, add some soy sauce and sriracha, fry any vegetables you might have along with it. Add rice or noodles. Ghetto Asian-style meal. AKA "pan-fried vegetables". Or do you have any restrictions, like not having a stove nearby or something?

Egg drop ramen, while the ramen is cooking you beat an egg and pour it in. It takes 4 or 5 minutes.

Grilled cheese sandwich! Maybe a can of soup if you wanted something to dunk it in. I think if you mise en place an have good flow of movement, you might be able to make tomato soup from scratch, but i'm not sure about that.

Jambalaya can be made in ~30 min, maybe less if your meat doesn't need to be chopped and your water boils fast. I just get the tony chachers box (yea i know its cheaper and better to make from scratch) and 1 lb spicy sausage but any meat works as long as its a pound. usually leftovers for the next day too
