Egg drop ramen, while the ramen is cooking you beat an egg and pour it in. It takes 4 or 5 minutes.

Fry some tofu/meat/source of protein, add some soy sauce and sriracha, fry any vegetables you might have along with it. Add rice or noodles. Ghetto Asian-style meal. AKA "pan-fried vegetables". Or do you have any restrictions, like not having a stove nearby or something?

You can make a good steak in under 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (or use a toaster oven)
  2. Put a pan on a stove on high heat and add oil when the pan is hot
  3. Season a 1" steak with some black pepper and salt (or don't cuz the steak will have flavor)
  4. Sear each side of the steak for 1 minute.
  5. Take the steak out of the pan and wrap in aluminum foil.
  6. Put the steak in the oven (or toaster oven)

About 8 minutes for a rare steak, 10 minutes for a medium steak, and 12 minutes for well done.
