This needs to be addressed by state legislators or state constitutional amendments everywhere possible. In Florida, it is fairly easy through petition to get a amendment on the ballot. The liberal cities in each state will most definitely pursue this as a means to solidify power. In states like California, New York, and Massholechussets there will be a permanent political entrenchment for decades. It will progress to a point where because some registered voters don’t have physical addresses or any way to contact them (because they are dead, duplicate, illegal aliens, or fictitious) thier donation will automatically go to thier party affiliation. And we all know what that will be in 99.99999% of the cases.

Sounds like some dystopian merger of affirmative action with politics.

Affirmative action for liberal arts majors that will never be able to afford a $750K home in the liberal big cities they're addicted to.
