I'm paid to post here just like you, fellow shill.
He was told to go see the medics so they could check him out. He went over. The cop ordered him to receive medical treatment. He declined treatment. It was again demanded that he receive treatment. Tasers were pulled to force him to comply. He swatted at the cop nearest to him with a taser pointed at him, got a hold of his, and started quickly backing away to GTFO. They pulled their pistols and unloaded on him, missing him entirely except in the lower parts of the body. Great for him because unless you don't have the right to refuse medical care and the cops are allowed to use lethal force to ensure that you are treated, he has a massive amount of money coming his way.
I'll repeat the initial question:
Since when citizen can't refuse treatment?
This was the question. Your response was unrelated. If he had the right to refuse treatment and has the right to resist force they should not be asserting force, he should not have had to resist their unlawful use of it, and it should not have escalated.
Personally I think it's kind of silly to not want to get looked at after a wreck like that, however if you have a right to do so you may do so for any reason. He may have not had insurance, had alcohol in his system, or any other reason.
The question was and still is: does a citizen have the right to refuse treatment? Did he have the right to say no?
Pointing out how dumb it is to try and fight the police doesn't really add value here. You might as well just have said "TNB, BABY! TNB!" in your own comment thread.
