Dunno? I suspect she's not gonna check email tonight. I can yell down the hall, if you want? LOL I don't mind! She interrupts me all the time!
The kiddo will be here tomorrow. She's driving herself, instead of flying. Her husband can't take the time off.
Still no rash. Still no exploded spleen, as far as I can tell.
I did see you poking at the bugs section. I figured that ticket was the best way to demonstrate the concept. That's stuff we are supposed to do! LOL
I also need to take a look at the 'private' checkbox on reports. Stuff like the riff article can MAYBE be marked private and prying eyes won't see them, unless they are admins, assigned the ticket, etc... I just haven't figured out how it works. LOL I should open a ticket and file a report!

There's no hurry for EH to see it. She'll eventually get to it. I had also, earlier, sent her "Blackbird" (Beatles). I would love to hear her play it, but I'm not asking her to, only if she likes it and wants to. Not sure if she's able to yet. Glad you can hear her dedication on the scales. She's listening to your tutelage and doing what needs to be done.

Yeah, she's reached the point where dedication will let her play a piece. Her fingers have reached the point where they mostly behave and do what she tells them to do. Well, the pinky will do so in time. She still has pinky issues and that will take maybe another year to acclimate to.
So, with practice - she can probably mostly learn to play anything that involves just chording and basic fretting.
But, without the foundations, it's just a parlor trick. She will have decades to master rhythm, techniques such as four finger tapping or golpe, and an intricate understanding of the fretboard and theory that makes it work. Right now, and this is NOT an insult, she's at the trained monkey stage.
She will be passable in a couple of years. By then, I'm thinking she could even do some pretty decent performances. But, the goal is to put the foundation there, and that will let her build what she wants, rather than adhering to the paint-by-numbers that is rote memorization and musical notation.
Err... I'm heavily medicated, so I hope that makes sense?
