I can't book sadly. :( I get distracted easily and end up reading anything. And the doc told my mom I didn't have ADHD.
No, I was thinking something along the line of either video games, cleaning my room or going for a walk, but with the weather here, I don't want to risk it and catch a cold.

Have you ever tried getting nook recommends from another add person? I lived my life so far (36) with add and no meds. There are some solid coping strategies if you are ever interested.

I don't own a nook, not because I don't want to, but because it's a bit expensive in my country. I've tried audiobooks though and I've liked them, but language is a small barrier for me when spoken (without subtitles) and not read, read is a hundred times easier for me. I'm looking for audiobooks in Spanish and I've found some, so that's probably my next step.
And I should add that although in school I had some traits of someone with ADD like being distracted, I saw a documentary about it a few weeks ago and I definitely don't have full-blown ADD. A doctor in the documentary even said that the restlessness some kids have at a small age doesn't always develop into full ADD when they grow up, that it's just kids being kids.
