I don't know and I think it's a very important question (perhaps vitally so). The best answer I have right now is education. When I was younger I literally had no idea what a sociopath was. I thought they were just very rare serial killers. I started reading about this stuff last year and even in that short period my life as changed for the better. Understanding how these people think and behave really helps you decide who to associate with. If I had known about this stuff when I was in my teens I would have avoided some huge issues

There’s psychological screening that can be done for psychopaths which is often suppressed. Never mind that WE SHUT DOWN THE INVOLUNTARY MENTAL INSTITUTIONS, whic ought to be reopened. Combine this with actual eugenics measures like we had in the 1920s and modern neurological therapies and we could be rid of them in a generation or two.

i dont think its possible and necessary to get rid of them. we just need to make sure that they dont get into leading power positions.
if you want to get into a certain position - senator, CEO of an influental company, religious leader -, there should be extensive psychological examinations (not by cabal psychologists, that is).

gas all the trannies. then burn them. or burn them and not bother gassing them. or use the gas to ignite them.

Why would we want to? Apex predators serve a critical role in ecosystems. This is ecology 101. Elimination of capstone species destabilize the entire ecosystem and will often result in multi-system failures.

tfw you're on a conspiracy board but you look up to the people that run the government

It's a conspiracy board. What evidence do you have that humans or "people" run the government.

Makes sense.

World wars lead by bankers leading to the deaths of hundreds of millions of innocent people isn’t a stabilizing process.

That's not very many when you start to think dispassionately about it.
The human brain is not well adapted to think in these scales. Have you ever actually calculated the ratio of casualties to survivors. There's nearly 9 billion people alive right now. Even if 500 million died in a World War, that's only a 5-6% drop in the population.
Humans got rid of all their other predators. We got very good at controlling diseases. No, you have it backwards. Those wars are one of the only things stabilizing the planet. Humans are too fucking self centered and narcissistic to see they themselves are the problem fucking like rabbits and refusing to die and not the predators killing them off.
