Truthful of what? I don't buy milk that promises to not contain the things people are afraid of, so I don't have to rely as much on their word while paying extra for the pleasure of investing probably-misplaced trust in them.
Ideally, food inspections to guarantee the safety of food handling would be more private-sector, more frequent, and more streamlined. But then I'm not a fan of roads.
