Yes! What a discussion we are going to have! I'll edit this later to reflect my personal feelings, hopefully, others will chime in. Remember everyone is welcome here, it's open to all religions. Let's be honest, if you're not secure with your God and who you are by now, this battle might be hard to take. To me, a viewpoint, such as this, doesn't weaken but strengthen my faith. Is it Q related, perhaps not, but God works in very strange ways. I'll give it a go in a couple of hours....I'm a father after all!

I have fun with the scholarly pursuits of biblical history. However, one should avoid getting caught up in entomology and lose sight of the message. 1 Corinthians 1:19-20 KJV For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. [20] Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer h of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? There is a need to have confidence in the Word of God and we do by His Spirit.

Why start with questions that have no answers? But for argument sake...Let's go with the premise James was not stoned to death or Saul was not on that road to Damascus. God is not a man. He could have changed any part of His story, and no scholar would have been the wiser. Because before even one day of our life our story was already written.
