I would have done more regular exercise. I am 42 now and I have horrible pain in my lower back and down into my hips and legs. I have to do physical therapy twice a week. If I had just stretched more and made sure my core was half decent instead of the mess it is now I would be fine.
Stay limber, children!

Would I remember everything up to my current age? If so, I'd start working out, learn web dev sooner, and probably not get married to my wife.
If I wouldn't remember any of it, I'm not sure how it would play out any differently. I wouldn't know to not make certain decisions.

Try to get over the "I'm going to change the world" sentiment. No, I'm not and your not and wasting a college education studying non-profit management is dumb. The people who change the world are people who already have influence. If you do not have a family name, money, or access to friends who can promote you in big circles you are not getting anywhere.
OF COURSE communities are scrambling to have studies done and papers written about whatever their problems are. OF COURSE news media will print your findings. OF COURSE you will be asked to start colitions to address the problem. However, they want you to do it for free! Then if they do come up with money to pay they are not going to give it to you. They will give it to a consultant group who has lobbying power. It's a terrible circle. Rant Warning
I'm so frustrated that I bought into that damn SJW mentality before it ever had a name (back in 2000). I would have been much more useful had I studied IT or biosciences. Then by now I could have a job that supports my family and have money left over to start my own non-profit.
Don't bother going into social sciences. It's just like a liberal arts degree -it doesn't pay! STEM is where it is at. Even if you suck at it - push through. You know why? You can be a secritary at a biotech firm and make more than if you are an Executive Director at a non-profit. That's if you are LUCKY enough to even get hired. In most non-profits they want someone who "fits the culture" (ie flaming liberal who would die for the cause). If you think office politics is bad at your work try a non-profit! Geebez! Alternatively, the other way to leadership is if you were a corporate leader and come loaded with a roladex of ready-made donors. Merit means NOTHING in that industry. There is no such thing as "you can be whatever you want" - that's only true if you have money.
I'm at stay-at-home mom now and honestly, I wish I had done more home ec and 4-H. Now I'm spending time learning how to bake bread from scratch, sew, and do fix-it projects through you-tube. I could have been so ahead of the game if I had just put down my megaphone and focused on learning tangible skills and STEM.

Savings, just a little bit each time I get a paycheck. Not having to live paycheck to paycheck has freed me from tension and worries. I'm not wealthy but the stress of debt is something that a lot of us will be better off without. In other words: live within your means young brothers and sisters :)
