I would have done more regular exercise. I am 42 now and I have horrible pain in my lower back and down into my hips and legs. I have to do physical therapy twice a week. If I had just stretched more and made sure my core was half decent instead of the mess it is now I would be fine.
Stay limber, children!

Would I remember everything up to my current age? If so, I'd start working out, learn web dev sooner, and probably not get married to my wife.
If I wouldn't remember any of it, I'm not sure how it would play out any differently. I wouldn't know to not make certain decisions.

Immediately break up with my girlfriend and get back to college. Oh the mistakes I've made over a woman...

I honestly like how I have turned out to be, and by answering this questions it would imply that I would not be who I currently am. I guess for shits and giggles I would have actually attended my Chinese classes while I lived in China... wouldn't really change who I currently am other than the fact I would actually dominate the god forsaken language

Savings, just a little bit each time I get a paycheck. Not having to live paycheck to paycheck has freed me from tension and worries. I'm not wealthy but the stress of debt is something that a lot of us will be better off without. In other words: live within your means young brothers and sisters :)
