My prediction on the testimony:
Ford starts testifying
As questioning continues, Ford stops answering but instead goes off on fee-fee tangents
When pressed her attorney steps in with invalid objections
Attorney keeps interrupting, is removed
Ford won't stay on topic, starts crying on stand, leaves
Left up in arms about abusing a victim!!!11! REEEEEEEs abound!

and committee forwards the approval to the Senate! and vote approves him so he can start work by October 1. the new cases he will be involved in are Apple and big tech issues.maybe more relevant is possibilty SCOTUS reviews the EO on military tribunals.

I agree. The average voter is still connected to a sense the accuser must offer credible evidence that supports the accusation. With no responsibility for the accused to prove his/her innocence. The MSM is trying very hard to convict the man in the court of public opinion. They are a loud minority trying to convince us that they are the majority. Patriots are not fooled that easily. Those who voted Trump are going to use it as motivation. Please, everyone, vote and facilitate someone else to vote.

I think of it as criminal verses non criminal.....I myself am conservative but I have no problem with liberals I just think they fall into what I call the utopia trap because they don't understand the law of unattended consequences.. this makes them very easy targets of criminals within in politics who willl say anything if it benefits them politicly.

I think the republican lack of leadership, who repeatedly back down on their stated positions, makes them look like cowards who are afraid of a no teeth, no evidence threat by the same dems who have pulled this shit for years. I think this is frustrating patriots to no end. And, they run the risk of frustrating their base so much that some might not bother to vote. The judiciary committee needs to kick butt. The crime against Kavanaugh needs to stop!

Yes. And it wouldn't surprise me at all if that is exactly the kike cock holsters in republican leadership's idea. They love being on the losing side.

Not to mention, is there any chance that red state dem senators currently running for re-election decide to support Kavanaugh in an attempt to lure swing voters back to them? Could there be a blue surprise in the confirmation hearings? Everyone's watching the Republican Senators. Maybe a Dem will break ranks (jumping from a sinking ship) and vote in favor.

The committee vote will be strictly along party lines. Where you'll see the Red State dems (like Manchin, WV) voting for Judge K will be when it goes to a full Senate confirmation vote, in an attempt to win reelection.

Unfortunately, it has to get to the full Senate first then, doesn't it?
