Un-PC but back in the day, if she had gone to the police, the chances are, they would have taken her home and let her parents deal with her being a 15 year old girl getting drunk with 17 year old boys, in her bathing suit, who got away very luckily with a drunken teen attempting to get to first base! Real trauma? I seem to remember this being normal behavior for drunk teens! when did making out become illegal? She was old enough to know this was a stupid thing to do, if it did happen, with whoever t was, she was probably worried about getting into trouble herself at the time. If this is as bad as it was, and if it's only this bad, she can count herself among the lucky ones. This seems to trivialize the very real damage that abuse and rape cause. To add insult to injury, the condemnation of a man who cannot say other than "It wasn't me" leaves a very bad stain on the hands of those who "believe" the accuser. And? they are saying we believe that this thing happened to her, by extension, he did it, and because we now determine any interaction between drunk kids as male sexual exploitation of women, (why don't we just lump all sex in there? Don't dare have a glass of wine with dinner tonight, you have no idea what that might become in 35 years time!), even when we have no way of knowing what happened, you, Judge K should lose everything! Has the world gone totally mad?

Trauma victims do one of two things: A) They remember everything in clear detail; or, B) They unwittingly block out everything, as a defense mechanism. FORD has done neither. She is straight up lying. That's why she has been reluctant to appear ~ under OATH.
