I pretty much agree. I think sexual preference is a spectrum. Most are born near the straight or gay ends of the spectrum, but others are in the middle to varying degrees.
The visual vs emotional observation is interesting and seems plausible. One of my exes dated a jock after me(I'm not fat but not built like him) and she went from a size 2 to 00. Next she dated a chick, and both of them gained like 100lbs in a year lol. Now she's with another man and has lost a lot of it.

How do you figure that?

Never mind. The statement is self-contradictory. Logic time.
If lesbians are not born with sexual orientation, then sexual orientation is 'learned' so to speak.
If sexual orientation is 'learned,' then it is not born-in.
If sexual orientation is not born-in, then heterosexual orientation is not born in.
All sexual orientation is learned. LOL
Yes, this is the place where a word applies: nonsense.
Edit: I'm not one of those downVoaters, but I do agree that
However, I don't agree with
I am thinking about it and I don't think there is any logical rule that all uncontested statements are true. In fact, I'm pretty sure there is not. Positive really. :D

I think its a social construct. Sexual orientation is born in, to a degree. Some people are going to be purely straight or purely gay, a lot will be on the spectrum. Women who float around the spectrum are way more accepted than men. That acceptance is a social construct which is rigid. Plenty of women consider bi men tainted, and I have heard that gay men often have major disdain for bi guys, telling them to pick a side or that they are just partly in the closet and need to be all the way gay. Women don't have that same pressure. Most guys seems love lipstick lesbians, (two chicks at the same time dude!) or consider it not real sex if a dick isn't involved. Lesbian women might be just as accepting, I'm not really sure on that one.

Firstly, that's inaccurate, it's possible for individuals to learn behaviour which runs contrary to their instincts. Secondly, I don't see any new statments there, you've effectively just rephrased what oVo said several different ways.

Forgot this part: I'm glad you said something, but maybe try not to focus on the things that are obviously there to goad people in to responding. This also seems to be a tactic of people without any real argument.

No one is saying it is... in fact, I'm of the opinion that bi-sexuality is the default for mammals.
People seem to forget that humans are animals. We weren't "designed".... there are very few things that are "fixed" or inherent.. the only thing "life" cares about is what's advantageous.
Can't get into this too much more (really just copying old comments I made), I'm at work and everything I would need to look up would.. well, I'd rather not have to explain my browser history if someone asks (mostly because it will become glaringly obvious that I'm not working if anyone notices..lol)
