There's not really "bad" cholesterol. The problem is inflammation. Virtually everything in the American diet causes inflammation.

Eat your meat and leafy/cruciferous veggies folks. Get rid of the sugar and keep those brains/livers/pancreas/immune systems healthy.

I have read the term cruciferous but have not yet looked it up to be certain as to its definition & limits.
