The only thing that I could understand getting offended about is the price. I mentioned this in a previous post so I apologise for repeating myself but I don't believe the slogan is trademarked. Getting it printed on a cheap t shirt would not be too expensive and woukd get the point across that we're not going to silenced by a bunch of overgrown blubber beast babies.

The only offensive thing about this is that they are seriously listing a shirt for $170. I can't believe how completely overlooked that fact is in all these articles.
