I was a little curious about the subject since I know little about diabetes other than a few key things. So I decided to google where we get insulin from to see if there is a finite amount and that is why the price has increased. Nope, but I laughed my ass off at the irony of learning that the insulin sold commercially is taken from pigs and cows to be injected back into pigs and cows.

Who would have guessed that back in 1921 when the demand for insulin was practically ZERO that the price of insulin would be so low.

That just happens in the United States, they sold their healthcare for profit years ago.
