Ok, maybe not all. Most. :) As a hiring manager / HR / potential employer, there are a LOT of questions that cannot be asked and areas that cannot be probed: is someone married, what their religion is, straight or gay, political alignment, health issues, membership in the KKK or Black Panthers, etc. however there is nothing to prevent a potential candidate from sharing that information, and once they do, it is fair game to discuss with the candidate and with peers as part of the inerview and election process.

Fun fact: Polygraphs are inadmissible in court cases in most circumstances. Why? Because the judges ruled them to be unscientific shit result machines.

Oh it does a little more. It registers electrical signals when you move. It measures if you sweat near the electrodes. Overall none of it actually linked to truthfulness.
