Deliberate actions by Gorbachev were used to undermine the economy, followed by his unconstitutional and illegal acts that collapse the system. But the system began to wind down after Stalin. People did not bring down the USSR. Instead people overwhelmingly voted against its dissolution. After the illegal partitioning of the country against the will of the people, the government was about to remove Yeltsin when he sent in the tanks, killed hundreds of protesters and overthrew the government. That's how it was.

The system was already in the toilet during Stalin's reign.
You're a crackbaby.

Before the collapse, the USSR was the second largest world economy. After the fall, it ranked among the poorest countries with over a million dead do to poverty and the collapse of its social systems. After banksters stole over $7B of the IMF loan, they told Yeltsin that they no-longer need him. Yeltsin summoned Putin and within days made him vice president, then he abdicated asking Putin to "save Russia".
You have zero knowledge on this subject and very rude. I often ask myself why bother... but then some do try.
