I still can't believe how people go out and buy new clothes when they can't fit in them anymore instead of just waking the fuck up and realizing they need to get their shit under control. I have a coworker that this happened to. @ the start of this year she complained about her clothes being to small and went out and bought bigger sizes instead of getting her shit together. I saw her again recently and her new clothes looked really, maxed- out. She isn't obese but she is definitely a small fat, BMI around 28(??). I don't think she would have been even BMI 25 before. I just don't understand it. I start trying to figure out what to change as soon as my pants start to feel tight on the same belt whole. I stay within 5# all the time. I can't imagine ballooning 35# or more and thinking nothing of it.
