I would not recommend training only your biceps, it will lead to muscle imbalances particularly within your arms. If you train a group of muscles be sure to train their counterparts as well (upper back and chest, triceps and biceps, quadriceps and hamstrings, lower back and abdomen). Another pointer is to let muscles rest after a work out. If you just trained your biceps one day, don't train them the next give them 48 hours (at least) to recover so they can be healthy and recharged for the next session.

Have patience, a healthy body isn't going to be built in one session.

I do them one or two times a week depending on where I'm at. I don't know why anyone would want just massive biceps though. I focus more on gaining strength all around.

Just think What Would Dom Do? Train them all day everyday.

Why would you train arms more than 2x a week? Your time is probably better spent resting.

Once a week doing three to five exercises each consisting of 3 sets. When you train back you are also using your biceps a lot, so in effect you are hitting them about twice a week. Please consider training all parts of your body, because strong legs, back, and core are crucial to maintaining proper form for doing biceps.

For optimum gains, 11/10 personal trainers recommend a full bicep training session every 4 hours, 6 days per week
