I think the more important question is "Is there a time when you shouldn't be training biceps?" When I'm not at the gym or working out at home I'm constantly flexing my biceps, NOT TO SHOW OFF, but for the workout.

For optimum gains, 11/10 personal trainers recommend a full bicep training session every 4 hours, 6 days per week

I do them one or two times a week depending on where I'm at. I don't know why anyone would want just massive biceps though. I focus more on gaining strength all around.

Don't be afraid to use the squat rack either. For curls of course.
