For optimum gains, 11/10 personal trainers recommend a full bicep training session every 4 hours, 6 days per week

If you are a beginner, you can start training them every day because you can't push your body very hard so it's easy to recover. As you get stronger, you can increase the volume of each workout and start reducing frequency to every other day to give you more recovery time. But concentrate on progressing the weekly volume over time.

Don't worry, just make sure you join enough circlejerks.

I would not recommend training only your biceps, it will lead to muscle imbalances particularly within your arms. If you train a group of muscles be sure to train their counterparts as well (upper back and chest, triceps and biceps, quadriceps and hamstrings, lower back and abdomen). Another pointer is to let muscles rest after a work out. If you just trained your biceps one day, don't train them the next give them 48 hours (at least) to recover so they can be healthy and recharged for the next session.
Have patience, a healthy body isn't going to be built in one session.

I do them one or two times a week depending on where I'm at. I don't know why anyone would want just massive biceps though. I focus more on gaining strength all around.
