Just remember triceps are 3/5 of your arm. Biceps are 2/5. Hence Bi (2) and Tri (3).. If you don't train triceps, you're going to be wasting a lot of time if you don't train the counter muscle. Also, it's kind of dumb to me to want to be a walking bicep.. To each his own.

To take advantage of the eight day week, train biceps every day. Like this: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun. Eight days, one solid week.

6-7 times a week is good for a beginner but you sir sound like an expert. I would recommend doing 2 a days with all biceps mon-sun. This will give you optimal gain until your arms engulf your body and you turn into walking biceps. The dream is real and alive!

First thing's first, there is a science to it, bro. I found a good starter routine but added some boss variations once I realized how small I was thinking. Remember to take your pre-workout and that failure is not an option, it's a requirement.
