FWIW, the new landing page is a hell of a lot better than the old one.

Or your alternative of choice. Doesn't really matter.

We should use Veuwer instead of Slimgur. It was made for Voat. https://veuwer.com/

Both are good. I don't care so long as it's not imgur, which has been shown to take a shoot from the hip approach to censorship and deleting.

I tried this site several times, but for some reason I can't open it.

Looks nice and basic, yet reliable, although some of the users will undoubtedly find alternatives like Slimgur more aesthetically appealing.

Archive.today, which couldn't stand up to ideological DMCA spamming, has been superseded by archive.is.
The anti-slimgur nonsense is foolish. Veuwer isn't even up atm.

archive.is points to the exact same service run by the exact same guy. He's had both domains for a while, along with archive.li.

Ah really? Then why did everyone suddenly swap to .is after the DMCA raids?
Very odd.

Yeah, slimgur's connection to fph means that it won't remove "offensive" content which is very much in line with voat's policy.

Voatpic was also made for voat, and the owner has stated in comments that the only way he'll remove photos is with a valid DCMA takedown request, i.e. illegal posts.
