I speculate that this fatty is talking about that scenario in which the person tries to lose weight, and succeeds for a while, but then puts even more weight back on eventually through some magically unavoidable process whose nature is never quite clear (I assume that some supernatural willpower-trumping force such as karma or divine intervention is supposed to be involved; but it seems to be like Scientology's Xenu, in that you aren't supposed to talk explicitly about it with outsiders or even with low-level initiates).

They do generally seem to accept that weight loss is possible, in the short term. You'd have to be even more mentally damaged than the average fatto to fail to recognize that.

Then why not choose weight loss dieting(aka an accumulated calorie deficit over time, not some saran wrap/fat blocker/MLM quick fix bullshit) and being openly fatphobic? Surely you'll get thin eventually. But no, if it does that, it'll let the 'bullies' win! And thus another fatty's ego is protected from being smashed into smithereens! And the rest of the crabs are satisfied!

God, I hate those MLM “carb blocker” creatures. Stop looking for shortcuts and change your damn life, permanently, for the better.

Weight loss dieting is easy, so why aren't they doing it? Fats like easy shit, right?

So is it very easy, or impossible because fat people are just designed to be fat? Pick one, you hypocritical attention hungry hambeasts.

Fats are all about rewards for doing nothing. It's the basis of their overeating in the first place. So it makes sense that they'll go the next step and pretend actual effort is easy, and to do nothing is hard. Also fits in with their ugly-is-beautiful delusion.
