thank you for this. im thin, im generally healthy. i work out 3 days a week. but i do consume faaar too many calories in sugar. im nowhere near having diabetes, im still well within the optimal, not the normal but optimal, sugar range. but i think this might be the nudge i need to keep working on my sugar intake. nothing is more important to me than my cognitive capabilities.

I'm glad to hear you'll be working to improve things for yourself! I also need to manage mine a little better. Fruits for dessert is a great start. In Greek yogurt. Or just exercise right after, it should use I up, IMO.

yeah i really need to get on it. im a metabolic anomaly. most people would be obese and borderline diabetic with my diet. ive made adjustments as i age to prevent weight gain. but next my lab values will start slipping if i dont fix the content of my food intake instead of just the quantity.
