To insert an idea that maybe has leftist origins; would establishing universal base income be worthwhile in that a lot of the social programs and over head would become unnecessary, at the same time giving some money back (albeit on the front end) to the people who actually still go out and accomplish?

.5. the base problem is that schools shouldn't be public institutions and government should be kept out of education.
.6. we'd need a low crime, high trust, homogenous country like Japan's first.
.7. non-citizens can get driver's licenses, besides which in the first place why do I need to have a license to drive my own car on roads I pay for through taxes?
again it's extremely possible, there's few problems that can't be solved with the use of force, however that's an unpleasant option. I'm not saying we should but it's bizarre for you to suggest we couldn't. Originally you had to be a "free white man of good character" to have access to American citizenship, this remained the case outside of exceptions until naturalization was changed in 1965. American can be a heritage on it's own.
just remove all government involvement from hiring a business owner should be able to make those decisions freely
