Cash service jobs - lawn, tree cutting, log splitting, deer processing, syrup making, hooch distilling. depends on what you got laying around, and what you like doing.
Crafts, reselling, bartering, using the Trading Post or Ebay or craigslist or letgo or whatever to sell stuff.
Bartending at a place that doesn't make you report tips.

If you have a truck you could try scrapping basically every week that they do big trash weeks and Oklahoma me and my brother we go out grab a couple loads of fridges and grills and washing machines and shit strip out the copper the brass and aluminum so the steel for about a hundred bucks a truckload 30 lb of copper gets us about 80 bucks. We can easily get 3 truck loads in a weekend. So about 400-500 bucks for 3 days work.

Go to Goodwill on half off days. Look for high priced items, car parts, electronics, video games even. Buy cheap resell on craigslist \ Ebay. You can also find stuff to sell at yard sales.
May not make you rich, but it will bring in some cash.

Thats why I look for hidden jems the workers have no idea. I found car parts still in the box, weird medical device electronics, Video games can be good if its a rare cart. Also sometimes old college books that are worth a lot can be found. Another wifi routers for $2 can sell for $10. Ohhh another easy seller. Fish tanks. But a 55gal tank for $5 to $10 then sell for $40 to $50.
Got to find the jems. I also have been known to hit every Goodwill in a 20 mile radius.
Like I said you wont get rich but any extra cash is good.
