Damn. For a little bit there I had a small business where I would go around 2 apartment complexes and pick up there broken down appliances and water heaters I had like three or four complexes under the belt until the maintenance guys realize I was making good money doing it and stole it out from under me. I learned a lesson that day contracts are your friend

I was picking up anything and it had to be cut into like3 or4 foot chunks to maximize cash flow. scrap business is saturated right now
