lol be got a couple of Shaolin Kung fu movies that I can recommend! I’d probably just go with 2 sledge hammers and try picking them up from their ends and then trying to swing them. Lol! Talk about being buff!

I’d start with pounding nails in 2x4 with a hammer. Go for a single drive method. Then move up to sledge hammer.
You could sit in a chair and just pick and drop on wood with the sledge hammer for 10 minutes a day. Think of the consistency you would get with this kind of training. And the pop eye arms!
