On some of them you can actually see the dents in their faces where the CPAP mask sits every night.

Hey now, 1% of c pap users have growth defects in their nasal airways.

clarifying: which means they rely on a CPAP machine to sleep but not because they're fat

My old fatty mc fat boss was telling me through tears about her new CPAP machine and how much she hates it while she was browsing coupons for KFC online.

Nah man. Seriously this chick had a million problems related to obesity but she just saw them as coincidence. Seeing as she was my boss I nodded and smiled and showed fake empathy. So glad she's gone.
Most memorable thing being her body was preparing for pregnancy because her hormones were so out of whack. Dr's seriously thought she was pregnant, they had to do ultrasounds to prove otherwise.

Well there's a fursuiter on Facebook who said he needs his CPAP machine to live. Apparently, he chose not to eat less because he doesn't want his food to taste like cardboard. I give it less than five years that he won't be able to fit in his fursuit.

My dad has to use a CPAP machine because his nasal passages are abnormally small. He went in for a study when he was younger and found that his breathing had stopped multiple times during the night.
That being said, I can’t imagine being so fat that you stop breathing when asleep. Scary!

Most of those CPAP devices are powered by electricity, I think, so all I can say is...a couple months of rolling power outages would do a lot to cull the herd (literally)!
