That movie's from 1995. Fat Acceptance can be traced back to at least the late 1970s, with the books Fat is a Feminist Issue and Such a Pretty Face. And that's just what I am old enough to remember ; I wouldn't be surprised if "Fat Liberation" actually started in the late 1960s/early 1970s, maybe earlier.
As for me, I am 53 years old and I still can't "pinch an inch" ; it pisses me off when I see teens , 20somethings , and 30somethings who are overweight/obese/extremely obese.
And the brainwashing has been so successful with the ftm that it doesnt take much to pass as a "man" these days. Round, breasty, hippy, t rex armed freemartins still easily pass as male to the asleep.
