Well, I guess I shouldn't judge. If you're losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight then there isn't really a problem. I've just got a thing against drinking calories and milk in particular.

Yeah I'm usually hesitant about liquid calories, but for milk/chocolate milk I make an exception. I don't drink pop at all, and rarely consume juice. Doesn't help that I tend to run low on Vitamin D either haha.
